I have practiced in South Chicagoland for over 40 years. I trained in Chicago at Northwestern University Medical School and Rush Presbyterian St Luke Hospital. My emphasis is on adult wellness and preventive medicine. In addition to general medicine, my passion is treating Diabetes, Hypertension, Cholesterol management and Weight management. Our office utilizes traditional and natural medicine, Diane Egan, ND, CCN, who is a Naturopath (natural doctor) and a Nutritionist, practices here. We also offer group medical visits, which many patients choose to enjoy a portion of their visits, learning nutrition and preventative medicine in an interactive group setting

Angela Patrick, FNP-BC, MSN, is a nurse practitioner working in oncology and hematology who has a special interest in multiple myeloma, breast cancer, colon cancer, and lung cancer. She has additional training through the research study program at Affiliated Oncologists. Angela prioritizes collaboration with her team to offer compassionate, personalized care to each patient. She encourages patients to participate in shared decision making throughout their cancer journey.
